Priya OPC 53 is Rain Cements’ MAXLOAD
On Rain Cements’ own site, Priya’s 53-grade cement is called MAXLOAD OPC 53 Grade: a high-strength Ordinary Portland Cement for structural work, tested against IS 269:2015. If your bag says “MAXLOAD”, it is this product; check the IS 269 mark and the 53 grade printed next to it.
Rain Cements Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rain Industries and runs integrated plants in Suryapet, Telangana and Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh. Priya OPC 53 and Priya PPC come from the same maker, so the only choice on a Priya order is the cement type.
IS 269:2015 sets the minimum for 53 grade at 27 MPa after 3 days, 37 MPa after 7 days and 53 MPa after 28 days. Rain publishes its own test figures above those minimums; we quote the standard, not a lab figure, because only the bag’s grade and IS mark are what you can check on site.

Yes, on Rain Cements’ site the Priya 53-grade OPC is sold as MAXLOAD OPC 53 Grade. Bags may carry both names; the IS 269 mark and “53” are what confirm the grade.
OPC 53 is not the usual choice for plaster: it sets and gains strength fast, and thin plaster coats crack more easily. Rain lists structural uses for it. Use Priya PPC or another PPC for plaster and brickwork.
