When an order can be cancelled, and how an advance is refunded
Cancellation is allowed only before loading. Once material is loaded or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
This applies to every product we supply — cement, TMT steel, M-sand, P-sand, jelly, cone dust, bricks, blocks and ready mix concrete.
To cancel before loading, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 63996 96363 with your order details.
If you have paid an advance and cancel before loading, Building Needs refunds the advance within 24 hours.
