M25 Ready Mix Concrete (25 N/mm² at 28 days) is the most widely specified and commonly used structural grade across Tamil Nadu — preferred by structural engineers for residential apartments, commercial buildings, and all moderate-exposure structural elements. M25 provides a comfortable margin above the ISI:456 minimum, giving better structural performance, reduced crack widths, and greater durability in the Tamil Nadu coastal and humid climate.
